She Has a Deal Preliminaries

Service Description

This is the first round of She Has a Deal, it is your chance to wow the judges and persuade them to invest in your project in order to make it to the next Round! The Final Round will take place at the Hilton Innovation Gallery in McLean, VA on April 29th, 2022. The winning team will receive $50,000 of equity in a hotel investment project. Schedule your First Round presentation on either March 14th, March 15th or March 16th and please include your team name in the comments section. A zoom link will be sent once your requested time has been confirmed. You should use the video function so that the judges can see you when you are speaking. Practice sessions can be arranged if you do not already have access to the zoom platform. When do Pitch Presentations have to be submitted? Pitch Presentation must include a presentation and a completed SHaD Financial Model. They are due on Friday, March 4th, 2022 by 11:59 pm pacific time. You will be uploading them to a drop box, we will provide you with those details closer to the March 4th date. The presentations should be submitted in the format of the presentation software application and adobe PDF along with the SHaD Financial Model in Excel. Note: you may include a detailed offering packet in your Pitch Deck that you believe is necessary to support your pitch, however this is not a requirement. What will be the format of the pitch? Your 25 minute pitch segment will be inclusive of your team's 15 minute presentation via Zoom Video as well as an additional 10 minutes for the judges to ask you questions. Please become familiar with Zoom as you will be orchestrating your presentation using the Zoom platform. A zoom invitation will be sent once your pitch presentation time has been confirmed.
