SHaD Successes
To date, participants in the Today's Woman program have successfully closed six deals totaling nearly $40 million, with two more on the horizon:
a $23 million new construction project in California set to break ground this May
a $14 million adaptive reuse boutique hotel project in Georgia scheduled to close at the end of April
